A couple of weeks ago, I made it on an international flight from Canada (thanks Air Transat) to the red carpet for Cara Delevingne’s new film Valerian all in the space of about 12 hours. And I can take absolutley no credit for the finished result.
I zombied my way into Neville’s Belgravia salon and snoozed in the ludicrously comfy chair while jack treated and tamed my sun-frazzled hair.
Jack has been doing my hair almost two years. We do a trim every couple of months, and I probably see Nana for highlights about 3 times a year. Everything at Neville’s is totally bespoke, so you get a really personalised experience. Happily, my hair team are now fully versed in my unpredictable, badly behaved hair so we get it done super quick.
Next stop en route to the red carpet was to see my Make-Up Artist, Candice.
I met Candice a few months ago through Glow & Dry, which is a beauty booking app that matches clients with therapists for lots of different services. The first look we did was for Ladies Day at Royal Ascot. We went for a subtly rose gold eye, nude lip and glowing skin.
For the Valerian premiere, Candice & I decided on a more dramatic smokey eye, with matte nude lip.
