It’s summer! I know this for a fact, because last night was the Moet & Chandon summer party at Madison.
Having never actually been to Madison, I have to admit that I got embarrassingly over-excited about the monstrously awesome view of St Paul’s, The Eye, The Shard…. and just about everything else, really.
Slightly awkwardly, there were also novelty penguins all about the place – cue even more peculiar noises and general over-excited-ness.
I was there on my own because the boy is still recovering from Ibiza (zero stamina. I mean…) but there were lots of lovely people there like Lucy Watson and her new boyfriend, who’s name I can’t remember. Oops.
The party was to launch the Moët Ice Impérial Big Summer Party pop-up, which’ll be in the city’s infamous sun-trap ’til September.
